Fall is a wonderful time to spend some time sweeping clean. Just as the wind shakes the leaves from the trees, a simple chant can jiggle the inner body and loosen debris. Try chanting “om” in the car or in the shower. When you feel that vibration, you can rejoice in this seasonal change. Practice it daily and you will be surprised at the power of this ancient practice.
