Heart Healthy Power Foods

Recently, I read an article in Better Homes and Gardens about 10 Power Foods that are geared to better heart health. Having a healthy heart is becoming a big concern for people everywhere, as heart disease is one of the top killers among Americans.  By including these foods, you could help to make sure that your heart stays healthier so you can live a longer life!

Here is what they recommend:

1. Berries
2. Chia Seeds (This Ingredient is in Shakeology!)
3. Broccoli
4. Fish
5. Dark Greens
6. Beans
7. Nuts
8. Oats
9. Olive Oil
10. Pure Pomegranate Juice

What you eat can have a BIG IMPACT on your heart and by including some of these can be a great way to keep you and your heart healthy.
