Today, I was in a hurry and breakfast had to be super quick. Meaning my sub 3 minute Shakeology made in a blender wasn’t going to cut it. Instead I used my shaker cup to make this new favorite recipe. I was able to shake on my way to the car.
Apple Pie a la Mode Smoothie
1 Scoop of Vanilla Shakeology or Protein Powder
1 container of Organic unsweetened applesauce
8oz of Almond Milk
4-6oz of water
Handful of ice
Dash of Cinnamon
Shake it up in a Shaker cup or if you have more time, you can use a blender.
Tastes decadent, tasty and quite filling!
