Today I had a chat with a friend of mine who said that she desperately wants to lose 30 pounds, but she can’t seem to find a way to stay committed to working out. Her main reason is that working out is not fun to her. She says she gets bored and she hates having to do all of those crazy moves (that I love), like burpees, jump squats, push ups and “jumping around like a crazy person”. She has a life motto, “I don’t do it, if it’s not fun” and that applies to working out. So, we talked a bit more and I offered her a solution – Shaun T’s Dance Party. My friend, Tori, is going to join my next challenge where she will commit to working out daily, drinking Shakeology daily, and staying connected, committed and consistent in pursuing her health and fitness goals.
