How Much Weight Will You Gain This Holiday Season?

Many of us fall victim to gaining weight over the holidays.  Think about it, you have holiday parties to attend, your co-workers are bringing in cookies and sweets, there are tons of potlucks at work, and then don’t forget two BIG meals that you will be attending that probably include plates of over 1500 calories! On top of that, it’s cold and snowy and all you want to do is sit by fire drinking hot cocoa and eating yummy hearty dishes.  As much as I love the holidays, I also know that this time of year is when I can sabotage all of the hard work that I’ve made over the past 11 months and it could make it even harder to get back on track starting January 1st.
