Black Bean & Quinoa Tacos


Quick, easy, healthy and tasty lunch – Black Bean & Quinoa Tacos with avocado cream (made with plain Greek yogurt), tomatoes and cheese with a squirt of Sriracha on a Tortilla Factory low carb whole wheat tortilla.

Black Bean & Quinoa Tacos
1 can of organic black beans
1 cup of cooked quinoa
1/4 cup of corn
1 tsp of Montreal steak seasoning
Whole Wheat Tortillas

Cook in a pot until it thickens up. Add to a tortilla and top with goodies. Roll up and enjoy!

1/2 ripe avocado
1 tsp of plain Greek yogurt
1 lime wedge
Mix together Avo and yogurt with a fork until smooth, squeeze the lime into the mixture.
