When I first began on my journey I was weak – mentally, emotionally, physically and spiritually. But when I made the decision to change, each day I made it a priority to challenge and push myself daily. Now, I’m stronger in every way, but that doesn’t mean that I stop pushing and challenging myself! Let’s keep pushing!
