Pumpkin Spice Overnight Oats

Happy October! I will admit, one of my favorite things about the fall is PUMPKIN SPICE so it was only fitting that I started to get a bit creative with how to create recipes that are healthy and tasty for the fall season that include Pumpkins and Pumpkin Spice.

Here is my first addition to the rotation – Pumpkin Spice Overnight Oats.  I am a big fan of the Overnight Oats, because they are perfect meal prep recipe. I typically make 5 Mason Jars on Sunday and grab one each morning, for the week. They are perfect and tasty!


1/2 Cup of Rolled Oats
4oz of Apple Banana Purée
1/3 Cup of Pumpkin Spice Almond Milk
Handful of Pecans and Golden Berry Mix
Dash of Pumpkin Pie Spice 

Combine and store overnight.
