I created the Reclaim Weekend Coaching program, because I know that sometimes, what you really need is a super laser focused session that is hands on and really focuses on taking action. During our weekend together, we will focus on getting a handle on your nutrition and fitness, as well as, working on helping you to live a more fulfilled life.
Friday focus on YOU and what you want to accomplish, not just looking at your health and fitness, but also what you want out of life. We will work on the following:
- Goal Setting
- Action Planning
By the end of our evening session, you will have clarity, inspiration, and motivation you need to start to build the life and the body that you deserve to have.
Saturday we focus on your eating habits, diet, and nutrition. We will work on the following:
- Kitchen Audit & Clean Up
- Meal Planning
- Grocery Shopping
- Meal Prep
Sunday we focus on your fitness and self care. We will work on the following:
- Workout Plans
- Self Care activities, like journaling, meditation, etc
Then at the end we will recap everything and put a plan in action to help you stay on track after I go home.
By the end of our time together, you will have a better idea of what you need to to stay focused to reach the goals you set to healthier, happier, and more fulfilled in your life. You will have the tools and resources needed to be success, plus the hands on work, will help you to better apply what you have learned. Plus, your fridge will be stocked with healthy meals and snacks to get keep you on track.
We will also have 6 monthly coaching calls, to track and assess your progress, as well as, address any issues or challenges.
